At Khushiyon ki Dukan, we aim to deliver happiness through our unique range of magic toys and products. However, if you face any issues with your order, we have a simple return policy to assist you.

Customers must raise a complaint within 3 days of receiving the parcel if they wish to request a return. Complaints made after this time frame will not be considered. To initiate a return, kindly contact our customer support with your order details, along with photos or videos of the damaged product.

Returns will only be accepted if the product is found to be damaged during shipping or delivery. If the item has been broken, tampered with, or damaged after successful delivery, the return request will not be approved. Please note that products must be returned in their original packaging for the request to be valid.

For electronic items, please note that no warranty is provided, and they are not eligible for return or replacement unless found broken at the time of delivery. Khushiyon ki Dukan reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving a replacement or refund. Our priority is to ensure you receive safe and quality products every time.
